You’ve probably heard the saying “It takes a village to raise today’s teens”

I couldn’t agree more with this statement. I am invested in supporting parents, youth organizations, school administrators and top company executives who care about their employees. I encourage embracing the idea of team-work and team-building. Creating healthy work environments through positive connections improves overall productivity, this, in turn, benefits our teens too. Happy employees are more likely to have happy homes and vice-versa. This increases the chances of happiness for our future generations.
