For: Parents and Youth (Girls and Boys Ages 11–17)

When: 6 weekly, 90-minute sessions

 What to Expect Each Week

Week 1: Emotional Safety & Trust Building

• Begin with powerful activities to assess needs & create positive interaction.
• Create your family's shared values in a safe, supportive space.
• Learn how to recognize and express emotions and develop trust.

Week 2: Boundaries & Communication

• Enjoy role-playing and listening skills through interactive challenges.
• Cook up confidence with a family recipe challenge that teaches communication under pressure.

Week 3: Generational Healing & New Habits

• Discover the power of love languages and create plans for positive routines.
• Break unhealthy cycles to increase understanding and fun.

Week 4: Forgiveness, Movement & Gratitude

• Use movement, mindfulness, and skits to release emotions and practice empathy.
• Celebrate gratitude and get ready to show off your skills. 

Week 5: Goal Setting & Financial Wisdom

• Set SMART goals together with visual boards and financial planning tools.
• Explore budgeting and identify ways to reach your money goals!

Week 6: Celebration & Vision for the Future

• Showcase your family’s vision and celebrate emotional growth.
• Reflect on your journey, enjoy your favorite family dishes and end with a certificate of achievement!
